Andere zijn <strong>verworven<\/strong> door opvoeding, opleiding en ervaringen uit het priv\u00e9- en beroepsleven. Wat ons bij CEPHA\u00ae interesseert, is het <strong>ontdekken van al deze vaardigheden<\/strong> om toe te laten deze in het priv\u00e9- en beroepsleven te benutten.<\/p>\n<p>Bij CEPHA\u00ae zijn we van oordeel dat <strong>de aangeboren vaardigheden niet altijd voldoende naar boven komen door opvoeding of opleiding.<\/strong> Daarom letten we bij het profiel van bekwaamheden en motivaties in het bijzonder op aangeboren vaardigheden. Naast de &#8216;verworven persoonlijkheid&#8217; <strong>gaan we op zoek naar de verborgen of nog niet duidelijke talenten en we plaatsen ze in de kijker<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We onderschatten echter het belang van deze verworvenheden niet<\/strong>, want als deze vaardigheden recenter zijn, vullen ze de aangeboren vaardigheden aan en zullen we ze eerder &#8216;bekwaamheden&#8217; noemen.
