Voor ons schuilt de dynamiek van de mens in het profiel van het gezicht. Het doet denken aan de Mens in beweging, in een elan naar de toekomst, in een zoektocht naar meer progressie, in een stap naar&#8230;, hier naar de Andere en dus naar zichzelf, binnen de ontdekking die respect heeft voor de verschillen.<\/p>\n<p>Deze relatiesymboliek wordt versterkt door de beweging van de twee betekenisvolle pijlen. Ze stellen de interne dialoog voor tussen onze bewuste wil en onze onbewuste neigingen en de projectie naar buiten toe wanneer we in relatie treden met de anderen. Bij CEPHA\u00ae zijn we ervan overtuigd dat het succes van de interpersoonlijke relatie evenredig verloopt met het succes van de interpersoonlijke communicatie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De morfo-semiologische methode van CEPHA<\/strong>\u00ae integreert dus de informatie van de analyse van het gezicht in een geheel van andere informatie die afkomstig is van bewustere uitingen van de bestudeerde personen, zoals het gedrag, de vrijwillige mimiek, de gebaren, het geschrift, de spraak, de gebruikte woordenschat, de educatieve, schoolse en professionele sociale verworvenheden die onthuld worden door het CV&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Het is door deze informatie met elkaar in verband te brengen en door op zoek te gaan naar de verbanden of onsamenhangendheden dat we profielen en vaardigheids- en motivatiebalansen kunnen opstellen die vollediger en authentieker zijn dan de klassieke methodes.<\/p>\n<p>Geen enkel gesprek is &#8216;eenvormig&#8217; aangezien het de verbanden tussen de verschillende manifestaties en uitdrukkingen van de onderzochte personen wenst te controleren.
